Survey Types

There are three types of surveys we use; Single, Rolling Single & Rolling Series. They cover you in all situations within all areas of your business to ensure you get a complete understanding of your venue's 'satisfaction temperature'.

Single Surveys: This is a ‘snapshot’ of your customer views by delivering a survey to all past or present customers in line with an expiry date set by you. Could be a question about a new timetable, a menu change or even a vote on capital expenditure plans.

Rolling Surveys (single): This is a scheduled ‘single’ questionnaire that is emailed to your customers a set number of days after their encounter with you. This would be your member guest survey, or visitor survey where you want to track the performance change over a long period

Rolling Surveys (series): Schedule a ‘series’ of in sequence questionnaires, to be emailed to your customers at pre-programmed intervals as dictated by your customer journey.

Rolling surveys never close, enabling you to invite new customers to complete the series of questionnaires. As a result, customer feedback will continually feed into the pool of rolling data captured.

Each questionnaire within the series will automatically capture customer feedback at the various timeframes as set by you, e.g. new member integration survey asking questions at 30 days, 90 days and 180 days covering their first six months at the club

If you have questions you’d prefer to ask, simply build your own survey!

This can be completely from scratch, or by adding to/combining with questions from our templates. Your questions and surveys can also be saved for use again in future campaigns. Surveys can contain between 1 and 100 questions to ensure you only ask what you need.

Unlimited Surveys

Your licence allows for unlimited surveys, with no additional fees per survey at any point. No matter how many surveys you have running, all Member, Guest & Employee data feeds into one central place where you’re in control of the amount of admin users, and to what access they have.

Flexible Distribution

Our Flexible Distribution allows you to be creative in how you get the survey in front of your audience. QR codes can be placed in locations almost anywhere your customer goes, sharable URLs can meet them in their digital & social space, and the inbuilt email distribution tool can send invites to those in your database.

Software Integration

Take the admin out of the question by integrating our survey tool with your booking tool or CRM.

Rolling Surveys can be linked to your CRM ticketing systems to automatically invite your customers to complete the relevant survey each time they touch your business. For example, our survey software knows when a customer joins your club, cancels their membership, plays your golf course, makes a purchase in the shop, receives a club fitting, has a golf/tennis lesson, eats in your restaurant, stays in your hotel, enjoys a spa day, attends a fitness class etc, and will automatically generate the relevant survey invite a set number of days after their customer encounter.

We integrate directly with multiple providers, or an API can be generated for use with your system.

Anonymity Preferences

Drive participation rates with flexible and full anonymity controls to allow your audience to protect their identity whilst ensuring their voice is heard. Commonly used in questionnaires involving Employees or Members.

View your scores in context of comparable industry benchmarks. This feature is standard with all 59club template questions. Compare against regional, global and podium performers in any given template question to truly understand the value of your results. Take opinion and bias out of the discussion, lead your team with tangible and meaningful data.

Demographic Filters

Each 59club template has its own set of related filters, for example; handicap or playing frequency for a visiting golfer.

When analysing the results; filter the response by one or a combination of filter options to drill down your survey data and identify patterns & trends within certain demographics or groups.

Upon licence activation, you’ll immediately be able to manage the extended access. This can be on an overall permissions basis or for each survey you create. It’s also possible to add users to only view results, add users to only add participants, and allow managers to create surveys that only they can see or that are viewable by fellow employees.
